| Stan Wise has served on the Commission since January 1995 and served as Commission Chairman in 1997, 1999
and 2006. He was first elected to public office as a Cobb County Commissioner in 1990 and had previously
served that county as a member of the Cobb County Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Wise
was a Board Member of the ten-county Atlanta Regional Commission from 1992-1994. Commissioner Wise is a
past President of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) 2003-2004. Wise
is a past President of the Southeastern Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (SEARUC) and serves
on the International Relations Committee and Gas Committee of the National Association of Regulatory Utility
Commissioners (NARUC). He is a member of the U.S. Department of Energy State Energy Advisory Board. He
currently serves on the Cobb County Public Schools Educational Foundation, Inc.

| Governor Sonny Perdue appointed Commissioner Wise to the State Energy Policy Council in 2006. The Governor
also named Wise to the Commission for a New Georgia where he served as Team Leader for the Aerospace
Technical Advisory Group. The Atlanta Business Chronicle also named Commissioner Wise as one of Georgia's
100 most Influential Citizens in 2006.

| Charleston Southern University named Wise the Outstanding Alumnus of the Year. In addition, he was named the
Bonbright Center of the Terry College of Business Honoree of the Year in 2005.

| He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Cobb YMCA, the Boys Club of Cobb County and the Advisory
Board of the North Georgia Law Enforcement Academy. He owned and operated an insurance business in Cobb County
for twenty years. Wise was awarded his B.S. in Business Management from the Charleston Southern University in
1974. He and his wife Denise have two grown children.
