Commission Stan Wise Sworn In For Second Term Public Service Commissioner Stan Wise today took the oath of office to begin his second six-year term on the Commission, which regulates Georgia’s electric, telephone and natural gas utilities. Governor Roy Barnes administered the oath of office to Wise as family, friends and co-workers looked on. Wise won re-election in November to his second term on the P.S.C. with 53 percent of the vote. He was elected to his first term in 1994 after serving a four- year term on the Cobb County Commission.
