In addition to paying Atlanta Gas Light Company's base charge, marketers' commodity
and customer service charges, and sales taxes, you may be subject to the following
fees. Note:
The maximum deposit any marketer may charge is $150.00, except that Group 1 customers
of the Regulated Provider pay a maximum deposit of $100.00.
The late fee for all marketers is $10.00 or 1.5% of the past due balance
over $30.00, whichever is greater. Click
