Notes:
(a) The prices billed to a consumer on a variable rate plan shall not exceed the price the marketer has on file with the Commission in effect at the beginning of the consumer's billing cycle. The prices billed to a consumer on a fixed rate plan will not exceed the price on file with the Commission that was in effect at the time the consumer contracted with his or her marketer
(b) Prices do not include the base charge from Atlanta Gas Light Company. This charge is $10.74 + ($4.10 per DDDC Factor) or $(-0.01) + ($4.10 per DDDC Factor) for senior citizen/low-income customers.
(c) The Regulated Provider customers pay the same base charges from Atlanta Gas Light Company.
(d) A Group 1 customer is a low income consumer who is qualified by the Department of Human Resources (DHR).
(e) A Group 2 customer is a high credit risk consumer who cannot obtain natural gas service from any certified marketer.
(f) The base charge is the same regardless of which marketer is chosen. Customer specific DDDC Factors are required to be provided on all customer's bills.
(g) Prices DO NOT include sales tax, which varies by county.
